- Can I sleep on my stomach after a lash lift? — For the first 24 hours try to sleep on your back to avoid crushing freshly curled lashes. After that you can sleep in any position
- What lash serum do you recommend? — We recommend serums based on peptides and biotin that stimulate lash growth without weakening the lift effect. We will advise specific products during your salon visit
- When can I resume gym workouts? — Intense sweat can weaken the lift effect in the first 48 hours. After that you can exercise normally
- Does sauna shorten the effect duration? — Yes, high temperature and humidity accelerate the loosening of bonds set during the procedure. If you regularly use saunas the effect may last 4-5 weeks instead of 6-8
